We integrated monday.com with Connecteam to automate job creation, time tracking and hour reconciliation. Job numbers sync instantly, hours aggregate in real time, and a final check runs when jobs change stage. This removed 30–40 minutes of daily admin and improved job costing accuracy.

The Challenge

Jobs were created in monday.com but had to be manually recreated in Connecteam for time tracking. Managers then spent 30-40 minutes daily checking hours were logged against the correct job and updating totals. This process was repetitive, error-prone and limited real-time visibility over labour costs and profitability.

The Solution

We automated the integration between monday.com and Connecteam. Job numbers are created and assigned automatically, time logs aggregate in real time, and totals sync back to the job with a final reconciliation when it changes stage. The entire process now runs accurately in the background without manual checks.
