The client had revenue and invoice data stored across multiple boards but no clear financial overview. Reporting required manual exports and spreadsheets. There was limited visibility of overdue invoices, revenue by product type, or upcoming income by due date. Leadership lacked a single reliable view of financial performance.

Designed a central finance dashboard in monday.com pulling live data from project and invoice boards. Built widgets for revenue by delivery date, revenue by invoice due date, overdue invoice totals, and product revenue splits by value and percentage. Structured boards to ensure consistent data capture so reporting is accurate and automatic.
