The automation handles new contacts, updates to existing ones, and manages the complete data lifecycle.

I built a comprehensive Make.com automation that watches for changes in Xero contacts, intelligently routes them based on whether they're new or existing, and creates or updates the corresponding Monday.com items. The system includes error handling with break modules to catch any issues without stopping the entire workflow.
