This project delivered a fully automated 13-phase onboarding workflow in Monday.com for a marketing agency, integrated with Slack for real-time team updates and smooth client handovers. A customer-facing form now triggers an automated flow that creates subitems for each phase, complete with mini checklists to guide the team through every step. Automated Slack notifications keep progress on track, and a custom HTML solution in Monday.com’s Updates section tags specific Slack users directly for targeted alerts. The process ends with a seamless handover into a Client Master Sheet Board, supported by walkthrough videos so the team can maintain and adjust the setup independently. The result is a consistent, efficient onboarding process that saves time, boosts accountability, and frees the agency owner to focus on growth rather than chasing tasks.
